Why did I choose Network Marketing? Why did I want OUT of the rat race?
Quite simple I realised I NEVER would be paid what I was worth and I was sick and tired of working my fingers to the bone for peanuts. Those 60-70 hour weeks, were getting me OLD fast. Especially when the layoffs came, weekly, and those remaining were told to be THANKFUL to have a job, and just move faster.
I realized that TRADITIONAL mainstream business is a fixed pyramid - and if not illegal, fixed pyramids are certainly immoral.

Of course it is.... Just take a look at ANY operation whose income is dependent on "outside sales" like IBM, or Canon. There's most likely a Vice-President of Sales, who gets paid a bonus or override on the sales of everyone in the organisation. Then, below him are Regional Sales Managers, and below them, District Sales Managers. Under the District Sales Managers are the Local Sales Managers, and under the Local Managers are the Local Sales Representatives.
Sales commissions flow upward from the local sales reps, as each local sales manager makes a small percentage off their efforts. There could be as many as 10 or more sales reps to a local office. With perhaps 20 local offices under a district managers (meaning they would get the residual of 200 local sales reps), you get the picture, it's a pyramid. And it's "FIXED" because you can't expand or grow it.
But those sales reps (above) can not hire more reps below. They can only receive compensation for their own personal sales! Furthermore, in order to get promoted to a local manager, they would have to perform as stellar salespeople and play a really divisive, "winning" game of politics inside their home-office. In order for them to receive commissions on somebody else's sales, they have to beat out another candidate for the job. That means the system in mainstream commerce actually creates a conspiracy against one's own sales' team members. In this scenario, you actually get punished for helping another member of your organisation make a sale.
Furthermore, if you are the local manager, you might not want some superstar sales rep to take your job from you, or worse yet, pass you by and become a district manage above you!
And this happens all the time in mainstream sales .... It's insidious.
BY CONTRAST, in network marketing, you are rewarded for helping those "below" you succeed. You are your own boss. The better your team does, the more you are rewarded. AND, you can "hire" (sponsor) as many "reps" (distributors) as you want, NO LIMIT. You're free to grow the structure - it is NOT fixed.
You can't do that at IBM!
Oh yeah, one more thing . . . . you can't get fired!
As long as you abide by your distributor agreement with the corporation, you will NOT be downsized. You are your own company. You will not have a boss or manager come to you and say "You're ONLY making $35,000 a year, that's not enough. You're fired!" There is NO pressure to perform to save that which you place on yourself.
This all adds up to FREEDOM. That's exactly what you are marketing when you tell people about network marketing. Freedom to chose, time freedom, freedom from stress, and a chance to be their own boss. Having been free myself now for the past year, I just can not even begin to imagine going back to that confined lifestyle I used to live, having to get up again at 6 to fight the 8AM rush hour traffic. YUK
I do remember my last year in employment as a nightmare. I did this part time, rushed home on my lunch hour, and after work to answer e-mail. I got up early to work online before I left, and RUSHED out the door at the last minute every day. The days became longer and longer as I watched the clock tick by so I could rush home to build my own future in MLM.
Was it easy?
NOPE!!! I put in some extremely long hours.
Was it worth it?
YEP! I still put in some long hours, but not because I have to, because I want to and enjoy this. I want to give back to everyone the things I learned, to save them the pain of having to do it the HARD way, like I did. I had NO leadership, no support, NOTHING. I made some rotten choices, really bad companies, and even some dishonest uplines from the past. Through it all, I KNEW I had the right Key, just needed to find the vehicle to get me there.
Now that I found it in bestmla.net, I'm grateful, and thrilled. The future looks bright and the freedom to come and go without someone making me "punch in is great". My office is a 5 sec commute from my bedroom upstairs to the office downstairs. I wake up when I want to. I never go out when rush hour traffic is on the road, because I do not have to.
If you're still in that "rat race" existence, make good use of that time in traffic. Get for yourself some good tapes, to listen to and learn in your university on wheels.
We may have a new one coming out soon . It's in final process now. I even got to talk on it... my first tape, so it should be funny, at least amusing.

YOU MUST be committed though. It takes a good year, to learn this industry and understand, and when you do finally understand, it's like a LIGHTBULB going off. WOW when you realise how simple, and what you really have here, it's POWERFUL.
