Please note: The terms below are not applicable to FREE advertisers. They are for PLUS upgrade only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Upon acceptance of this Application for UPGRADE to plus, by bestmla.net, hereinafter called 'the Company, the undersigned applicant, hereinafter called "the Communicator" agrees:
2. To promote his/her advertised business and to abide by all policies and rules as set out by Company and are explained in the Marketing plan .
3. The Communicator is not an employee of the Company or any other Communicator in the system.
4. The Communicator is not a legal representative of the Company but a CLIENT, and advertiser, using bestmla.net advertizing systems for promoting his/her business of choice.
5. When Upgraded to Plus, The Communicator understands that he/she is under commission plus overriders agreement only and all income and potential earnings, although unlimited, are in direct proportion to his/her level of involvement and ability to perform.
6. The Communicator understands that in order to receive due payments he/she must be registered with 4 suns. However, we realise that some advertisers would not want to earn any income with bestmla.net or 4 suns system, large as it may be, therefore registration is not compulsory
7. The Communicator understands that the Company is under no obligation to finance any form of promotion, leaflets, books, and reprints of company's literature be it electronic or otherwise.
8. During the currency of this agreement and at all times thereafter, the Communicator will hold in confidence any trade secrets, formulas, sales and distribution system, which he/she acquired during the term of this agreement, until such items become public or part of public domain. The business plan and concept remains the intellectual property of the Company.
9. The Communicator acknowledges and agrees that his/her credit card details will be processed by Austrasoft (NSW) Pty Ltd, a company duly appointed to process credit card details on behalf of bestmla.com and that should he/she elect to join SWIFT system, that card will be billed $10 per month until all dues are paid..
10. The Communicator acknowledges and agrees that should he/she elect to join the SWIFT or advance SWIFT system the company will advance the needed funds to meet the full payment for his/her advertisement tools.

11. The Communicator acknowledges and agrees that he/she is under obligation to re pay that loan at $10 per month using the said Credit Card. Any future earnings may also be used for reduction of that loan. If he/she can not or will not meet $10 payment for two or more months, or if the "charge back" is requested by the bank, the Communicator understands and agrees it will be in breach of this terms and his/her CC will be billed THE FULL AMOUNT outstanding. If the CC is cancelled in the bid to stop repayments, other legal means for recovery of the loan will be pursued.
The Advertizer (Communicator) HAS A RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME, REGARDLESS OF REASON. CANCELLATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE COMPANY AT ITS PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS.
